PARKING ENFORCEMENT
Terms of Service

1.0 Scope of Services: WESTERN REGIONAL SECURITY will provide services pursuant to your individual Parking Agreement.


2.0 Term: The term of agreement will be a set number of months (SEE YOUR INDIVIDUAL AGREEMENT FOR DETAILS). At the end of this term, this agreement will continue a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party upon 30 days emailed notice to the other party. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Smart Parking Apps may terminate this agreement immediately with written notice to the Client in the event of a loss of or material change to Company’s liability insurance relevant to this agreement.

3.0 Invoicing: (Unless otherwise stipulated) The Client will be invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are payable upon receipt. Only electronic payments are accepted. The Client must notify Company in writing of any dispute regarding the amount of an invoice within 30 days from the issuance date, otherwise all disputes will be deemed waived. The Client must notify Company in writing of any deduction for unsatisfactory service claimed by client within 30 days of the occurrence for which the deduction is claimed, otherwise such claim will be deemed waived. In the event that the Company must institute suit to collect amounts owed to the Company under this agreement, client agrees to pay Company’s attorneys’ fees and other collection costs.

4.0 Cancellation: This agreement may be terminated, by the Client or Company with the provision of written notice at least 30 days in advance. This notice must be sent via email to the email specified. YOU MUST RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT OF TERMINATION REQUEST FROM WRS FOR THIS TO BE VALID.

5.0 Ticket Cancellation: The Client reserves the right to request to cancel any parking infractions issued by WRS - PARKING ENFORCEMENT DIVISION, believed to be issued in error. At no cost to the client for the duration of this agreement. The Client acknowledges the cancellation process is as follows: email parking@wrssecurity.com the cancellation request will be submitted to The Operations Manager. Once a confirmation is received by The Operations Manager a follow up email will be sent to property management.
